Daniel Acero president of the Steel Luxury Properties group just signed a year contract with Stereoscopik.com to provide 3D Virtual Reality to present million dollar listings to his overseas clients. Mr. Acero says: “I have clients in Russia, France, China among others, and these are busy busy people who are not going to travel to Miami to look at a property to invest. With 3D Virtual Reality, my clients are transported to my listings, the sensation is just like being there, they can look up, behind them, walk around the property just as if they were present” Stereoscopik also takes blue prints fresh from the architects and recreates them via VR-CGI (Virtual Reality Computer Generated Images) so potential buyers can walk around a finished property without even having laid the first brick.
